
Camilo Bernal García
Attorney graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Bogotá, bilingual (English – Spanish) with a graduate degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the same university.
Camilo has more than 15 years of experience providing counseling and advisory to national and foreign companies on their day-to-day labor law requirements, as well as in personnel restructuring and retirement plan projects, advise in local and foreign labor engagement contracts, compensation schemes, labor and human talent policies, and judicial and administrative representation before labor courts and governmental entities. Camilo worked as an associate of the labor practice groups of top two top ranked law firms for more than ten years, and as in-house counsel in a pension and severance funds administrator.
Member of the labor committee of the Colombian National Industrial Association (ANDI).
Since 2011 Camilo is recognized as a top labor practice lawyer by Who’s Who Legal, an independent and specialized publication.
Acknowledged and ranked in 2011, 2012 and 2013 by Chambers & Partners (Latin America), as a lawyer to be taken into account for an integral advice in labor law.
