Francisco Cabal

Attorney graduated from Universidad de Los Andes with a minor in economics, bilingual (English-Spanish), specialized in natural resources and energy.

 

He has more than 20 years of experience in the mentioned practice area as well as in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted various companies on the structuring and operation of hydrocarbons exploration, production, transport, storage and export projects, well and field services, power generation projects, transport and storage of fuels and natural gas, public procurement and mergers and acquisitions.

 

He has assisted financial institutions on the structuring and management of reserve-based loans and the structuring and management of credit facilities that grant international creditors prevailing security over local assets.
