Víctor Ayalde

Attorney graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a graduate degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, LL.M from NYU and Master in Laws from the National University of Singapore.

Víctor has extensive experience advising companies on antitrust investigations, unfair competition and consumer protection claims, as well as achieving the successful clearing of various mergers before the competition authority. He focuses also on online business models, collaborative economy, e-commerce and online contracting. Victor also specializes in privacy and personal data protection, as well as the preparation and implementation of compliance programs and policies in connection with the applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
He is a member of the Colombian Competition Law Association (Director of the Digital Economy Committee), Center for Studies on Technology, Information and Entertainment Law (CENTI) and Center for Studies on Competition Law (CEDEC).
